Powder Coating

Dor-Mae found the need to finish parts so we added a Wheel-Abrator shot blast, a Wagner paint booth with the capabilities to handle up to 1000 lb. weldments up to 13’ in length, and a 240” oven with 4 conveyor lines inside. 

A few years later we added a new custom powder coating system that features powder conveyors, 6 stage acid wash, and has the capabilities to handle up to 600 lbs. per hanger and weldments up to 14′ in length and 79” tall.  Whether it’s metal stampings, fabricated items, welded assemblies, or castings Dor-Mae can fulfill your powder coating needs.
